In addition to providing women Artisans with a fare wage, a safe workplace, and support for their families, through our non-profit Foot Forward Fund we invest 100% of net proceeds in impactful activities to empower girls and women, including our own sanitary pad production and distribution program—UhuruPads.
Handmade in East Africa, our Sunrise Baskets are handwoven - note that given the handwoven nature, there will be slight variations from the photos shown. Each basket has a loop on the back, making it easy to hang on a wall. Baskets are approximately 11.5 inches across and 3 inches "tall" in a graceful slope.
