Peace Out Turquoise Linen Tote Bag with Doves and Sunrise

Tote your daily essentials around town with there new Market bags. Made from the same linen blend as the ever popular Artist Pants, these totes are soft and slouchy with wide straps that sit comfortably on your shoulder!  A rare, antique hand-painted perfumeur sign from Paris was used with gentle tones of blue & aqua as the backdrop for this print, then a landscape with rising sun and a breezy cloud painting from the 1800’s were added. The soaring watercolour and graphite dove, and enduring symbol of grace and peace, is taken from an 1881 lithograph. To finish this happy design, the words “Keep the Peace” and “Peace Out” were included (as well as a few classic peace-signs) as a nod to the 1960’s and a reminder to practice peace and spread the love.
