Rebecca Noel Designs creates delicate and detailed jewelry using resin and epoxy clay.  All botanicals are real and many are grown or foraged by Rebecca. She also uses gilding flakes, glitter, mica powders and dyes, and handmakes all her ear wires. Her hope is to invoke a sense of peace and blessings.
