This jacquard border kimono is true work of wearable art. Handwoven by skilled artisans on the traditional jacquard handloom, it is one of the most difficult weaving techniques to master. Wear as a jacket over a dress or with jeans and a tee for and you'll be sure to stand apart from the crowd. Handwoven in a worker-owned cooperative and stitched at a nonprofit women's society that's been in operation since 1978 in West Bengal.
