RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery date. Product must be received in the same condition as it was shipped.  They must not have been used, worn, or washed. Sale or discounted items are FINAL SALE.

REFUNDS
Refunds may only be issued to the original form of payment used during purchase. When returning a gift without the original receipt, our refund will be in the form of Store Credit or the Original Form of Payment Only. 

SHIPPING
To return your product, please contact us at info@sohza.com before you send your item back. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
